I can't get Catalyst Control Center to work either. I've tried running the driver package from HP for my computer, but it doesn't work, because it doesn't find the graphics card. When I ran dxdiag, it showed Intel HD Graphics 4600, which is the other graphics card, but it didn't show the Radeon. But the driver was there until yesterday when I uninstalled it it just said it had nothing to connect to. I thought the driver updated, but I'm not sure. The problem isn't that the driver is gone it's that the whole graphics card seems to be gone. If it does appear, then it means the device is recognised by Windows. If it doesn't and lists something along the lines of "VGA adapter", then reinstall the driver by doing what I said in the previous post and it should appear. On the popup there should be tab "Display", and under it it should list your graphics card. If it's updated it means it HAS detected the graphics card, because that's the only way it can know which drivers to download. It's almost as if I physically unplugged the graphics card, but I know I never did. Since then, I've uninstalled the driver in favor of doing a clean install, but the card still isn't detected by the AMD autodetect utility. I tried that, and it updated, but it still wasn't able to find the graphics card. That should automatically download and install the latest driver for the device. In device manager, wherever you found the adapter, right click on it and select "Update Driver Software" while connected to the internet.
